[SunHELP] Ufsdump

Hi guys

Has anyone out there ever come across the following error message while
using ufsdump to take a hot backup of Oracle files:
   DUMP: Warning - block 16 is beyond the end of `/dev/rmt/0cbn'
   DUMP: Warning - super-block on device `/dev/rmt/0cbn' is corrupt - run
fsck
   DUMP: The ENTIRE dump is aborted.

All the files in the backup job are dumped, except for the 3 that cause the
above error to be generated, they get skipped and the job continues.

Any ideas please?
