Hi guys

It's the Unix novice again.

I keep getting the error below when re-using a DLT tape to take a backup.
COuld it be that the tape is faulty, or is it the drive? How can I check
the drive, is there a command I can run to do this?

DUMP: Warning - block 16 is beyond the end of `/dev/rmt/0cbn'
DUMP: Warning - super-block on device `/dev/rmt/0cbn' is corrupt - run
fsck
DUMP: The ENTIRE dump is aborted.

Thanks.

Tope
