And... you may need to set the auto-boot option in the eeprom first.
At the OK prompt:
OK> setenv auto-boot? true
This will make sure it boots when you turn it on withouth the keyboard, vid
or mouse attached.

Unplug the keyboard *before* you turn it on. If the E250 senses there is no
keyboard attached, it will boot headless. (You will need to then stick a
terminal onto ttya for a direct connection - plugging the keyboard back in
will not help.
