[Sunhelp] HARDDISK PROBLEM!

Hi
I am getting the following errors on my solaris on intel,i had actually
rebbot the system and run fsck after which it started working,I saw this in
the messages ,Can anybody tell me whether this is physical disk problem or a
routine OS problem
