[Sunhelp] Simple sendmail/exim setup

Maybe it's just that I've been up for 18 hours now (which is too much for me lately),
but I'm having trouble with exim and sendmail.

Basically, what I'd like to do is be able to send email from my network, and have it route
to any other machine on the internet.  Right now with Sendmail (not sure which version, I think
8.9.1 maybe), it only sends to internal addresses, but it queues messages destined say, to
another of my loop email accounts for several days, then comes back to me saying the
host cannot be resolved.

Second thing I'd like to do is prevent port 25 use by anyone outside of pkhoury.com (without
setting up a firewall right away).
