[Sunhelp] a vent about sun service

One the reverse side,  though,  I once got a pair of free U250 power
supplies because of their idiocy -- another department order spares for a
450,  and Sun sent spares for the 250,  and when they realized the mistake
said "keep those and we'll send the right ones".  The other department
didn't have any 250s ...

I'm hoping that next time they send a spare 450 instead of a spare power
supply ... :)
