[Sunhelp] Good references for bind and qmail

Does anyone have any suggestions on setting up qmail and bind?

I'd like to get my SS1+ setup using bind (even though I still use dialup, I want
to get it ready when I get a faster connection).

And since I've heard that qmail is better than sendmail, I'd like to figure out how
to setup that as well.
