[Sunhelp] How to change sun logo at startup

Hi,

My name is Krishnan. I want to know whether it is possible to change the sun
logo during
system boot. If so how can i change my required image in to hexadecimal
format to give the require
hexadecimal code using  "setenv oemlog --------". Is there any sofware ot
utility available to
convert my tif. or jpeg. format image to hexacTry to answer my question.
