[Sunhelp] Net Install "Hangs" on SPARCclassic

I have a peculiar problem installing Solaris 2.6 on a Classic with 24Mb =
of RAM over the network.
The HD is 1G already partitioned as swap =3D 48M / =3D rest of disk.
I boot the classic with;
boot net - install
which succeeds to a certain point;

I go through the system identification (setup timezone, name service and =
subnet masks) and then the install program checks for jumpstart files on =
the boot server (fails) and says "press enter for interactive =
installation" on both TTY and X installations. So I press =
enter/return....
Then it just sits and does nothing! I have even tried leaving it =
overnight.
If I ^D out of the installation program a root prompt comes up (#) if I =
try to run suninstall I get a message which says something like "must =
restart before retrying Jumpstart Installation".

I am confused - I can't find any bugs or patches on sunsolve to help =
solve this one.
Anyone seen this or have any ideas?
