[Sunhelp] SSA disks sometimes won't spin up in U2

Hi,

I recently replaced old 2GB drives in my U2s with
4GB drives, which were used before in an SSA100.
Out of 11 hard drives 4 spin up in the U2s and
are working fine since then. They all worked fine
in the SSA. Any ideas? How can I check for firmware
differences on the disks.
