[Sunhelp] E450 hangs after init 0 or init 6

Can someone please help me.

Sun E450 - Solaris 2.6
OS + recommeded patches, Disksuit, sendmail are installed.
The system is mirrored with Disksuite.

When I do an init 0 or init 6 the system hangs.
I can't find any trace of it.

I have found a doc on SunSolve online, SRDB 133396.
I have followed the solution, but it isn't a sollution for me.
