[Sunhelp] SparcStation 1PC

I picked up a SparcStation 1PC which was on the same
network as my SparcStation20 and I am having a problem getting
a monitor to work with the Sparc 1PC.   It has an adapter that
converts the standard Sun type monitor output to a SVGA type
connector.  I tried all of the svga monitors that we have around here
and while a NEC multi-sync at least shows something (three columns
where there should be one) none of the svga monitors work.  Is
there a special monitor required by the Sparc I -PC?

Is the Sparc-IPC eben worth fooling around with?  It has lots of ram
and a good sized hard drive (over 1 gig).
