[Sunhelp] Need opinion: frames on the web site

What do y'all think of a possible re-do of the website using frames?  I'm thinking
of having a static left-hand-side "quick guide" bar, then having the right hand
side of the screen be the content, along with separating things on the site into
sections for FAQs, etc.  (similar to what solariscentral.org and solarisguide.com are doing).

Let me know!  I'm also looking for someone who is good with Photoshop or the
GIMP to help design a new logo for SunHELP in exchange for some free Sun
hardware.
