[Sunhelp] "mirrordir-0.10.42" ??

Is anybody familiar with a "tool" called "mirrordir-0.10.42" ?

It is said that this one can do a better job than rsync or rdist, but I 
wasn't able to install it on Solaris 2.6 without compiling errors(my 
experience in C is very low).

Any feedback will be apreciated.
