There are at least two different ones out there.  The one I have works
with larger drives and seems to run about as fast as the SCSI bus will
let it.  The older ones are the ones that are limited to 8 gigs.  There
were discussions about these on this list and the NetBSD/sparc list a
while back and should be findable in the archives.
