Likely. But as I said before - Sun's OBP 3.23 lacks test-memory as
well so that's probably not Tadpole's fault.
The only Tadpole OBP I had to deal with so far was that of the
SPARCbook 3GX which is pretty much straight Sun OBP2 with a few
additions, all the diagnostics stuff is implemented and works.

I wouldn't be surprised if they designed their own even though
recycling existing designs makes a lot more sense.
