[SPARCbook] What is the Max Ram for 3GX....???

If they are 3GX/3GS/3TX the max is 128 Meg, if cost is no barrier. 64 Meg is
a practical max.
If they are 3000 models (SPARCbook 3000) then they can take two banks of
RAM, yielding 256 Meg max, if cost is no barrier.
I have seen nothing that convinces me that anything else is possible,
barring a rebuild of the OpenBoot PROM and the memory hardware interface. I
see no other convienient option to exceed 128 Meg in a SPARCbook 3GX.- that
a "SIMM doubler" would work is *wild* speculation at best, nothing more -
SIMM doublers make multiple smaller SIMMs appear as one larger SIMM, the
problem is that the SPARCbook RAM interface wants multiple small SIMMs,
accessed in a custom manner.
HTH,
Ken
