[SPARCbook] new disk

Hi there,

I just replaced my sparcbook's 2GB IBM disk with a 6.5GB Toshiba one - probe-scsi finds it but format fails to label it with
Error setting drive geometry.
Error writing VTOC.

I can't create partitions but the drive passes all tests without any problem.
format sees the following geometry: cyl 13422 alt 2 hd 15 sec 63
The OS is Solaris 2.6 HW 5/98
