Sorry, my fault... not $WINDOMANAGER but $OW_WINDOW_MANAGER

The original mail sounded as if the sender didn't much care for CDE, the first
thing I did was indeed trashing CDE for disk space.
I never really liked things like xdm or dtlogin, they are good for Xterminals
but nothing else.
