[SPARCbook] Watchdog Reset

Hi,

since a few days ago, my 3GX nearly always displays
"Watchdog Reset" in the small LCD and refuses to boot.
I could make it boot once, but the sparcbook stayed up
only about an hour or so, but then the system froze
(even Pause-A did not work). I could still change the
brightness of the TFT display though.

Has anyone an idea what might be broken in the sparcbook?
