Hi Bill:
Cant help with this off the top of my head, but.....
Spend any time with a volt meter and check out the existing wiring?

Are there any Crown Vic auto forums you could tap into? For certain kinds
of cars there are 'enthusiasts' forms that are very informative...although
I am not sure that crown vic is one of those cars.

Try searching for a copy of the factory service manual and look at the
wiring diagrams. If you find a crown vic forum, perhaps someone there will
know where to get a copy of the FSM. You can also check of of the torrent
sites, but go in 'well armed'...lol

good luck
John
