[rescue] ISO: Keyboard for AT&T 630 MTG terminal

Hey All --

A bit off topic: Picked up a nice AT&T 630 MTG terminal (might also be
applicable to the 730), sans keyboard as so many terminals are these days
(I do have the appropriate mouse.) Curious if anyone out there might have
one available.  You can see a picture of one here:
http://bitsavers.org/pdf/att/630_mtg/630_MTG_Brochure_1987.pdf.  I believe
the part number to be 33401 or 33538.
