[rescue] newest rescue (failure/success/failure)

While it may not be relevant for you I had some what similar issue with
NetBSD, MirOS and OpenBSD.
NetBSD would kernel panic and reset, MirOS and Open BSD would give disk and
SCSI errors though.
I tried multiple media forms and got same results but Solaris and Linux would
boot just fine.
However when I upgraded the processor module all BSDs booted without issues.
This suggest that modern BSD distributions are much more sensitive to hardware
faults then others that run on SPARC.
