Yup, I just located one of those at an outfit in Virginia I've done
business with before and trust, NIB.  Should have it Tuesday, maybe
Wednesday.  Documented as working in PCI32, PCI64, and PCI-X.

I'm really hoping that it's just that the QFE is in some fashion
incompatible with the DL320's PCI-X slot.  (Like, for instance, it's
actually PCI64 rather than PCI-X.)
