The messages seem to indicate that there are not enough DIMMs in the server
or that they are in the wrong order.

The Field Engineers Handbook (online if you have an account or the PDF or
the hard copy) should have the configurations that are supported.

You probably will want to bring the memory into a supported configuration
before going further.

My experience is that this would be a memory configuration problem.  The
system board has not reached the point of testing the memory.
