[rescue] Unhappy MicroVAX II

Hi all,

About 2 years ago I stored my MicroVAX II. It was happy and booted to the
rom console.

Today I got it back, and it no longer wants to do anything- there appears
to be some gibberish on the serial lines, but that's not definitive.

Either way, nothing shows on the LED hex display, though the lights on the
KA630 seem to come on.

The run light on the front panel illuminates for a few seconds, then turns
off.

Any ideas on how to best go about troubleshooting this thing?

I was really looking forward to getting it running with some disks :(
