Every Indigo, Indigo^2 and Indy I've ever purchased from ebay arrived
without scratches or scuffs.  These were purchased from different
sellers as well.  This person was just an idiot and I forgot to
enquire about shipping before paying as I usually do with terminals.

While this is the best option, it isn't usually a feasible one for me.
Salt Lake City is 500 miles from the next "big city" (Denver).
