[rescue] External SCSI CDROM for SGI?

Awesome! tried for months to get something like that working. I ended
up constructing an abomination of a hack that tftp booted my Octane
off a O2, then the O2 mounted a linux NFS share with the files to
install which was in turn mounted by the Octane....slower than
anything but it worked. Wish I had that vm back then.
