[rescue] Fujitsu MAC-3045SCA under SunOS 4.1.4

I'm trying to get a relatively recent SCA drive running on a SS20 under SunOS
4.1.4.

This is a Fujitsu MAC-3045SCA 4.5GB, 10K RPM drive. The SCSI system sees it,
but how to specify the physical parameters for format(8S)? Should I even be
using format(8S) under SunOS to actually format and label the drive, or
something else?

Any help?
