[rescue] Ultra 10 CPU upgrade 300->440

Hi,

I have a Ultra 10 with 300 MHz CPU and a spare 440 Mhz US IIi CPU. This 
is just plain CPU, about 2x2 inches x 3mm - not the CPU assembly with 
heat sink, VRM and clock crystal.

Does anyone know if I have any chance in upgrading the 300 to 440 
without additional parts? Is the clock the same (only different bus to 
internal ratio), or does 440 use a differnet crystal? I also have a 360 
Mhz U5 if its CPU assembly is any better for the 440 upgrade. Any other 
gotchas besides the clock crystal?
