Yep, it's a SPARCstation 20 clone, but it takes regular narrow SCSI rather
than SCA disks. Nice little machine - I have one with a pair of SM61s
running NetBSD.

mainbus0 (root): SUNW,Axil-320: hostid 72860b01
cpu0 at mainbus0: mid 8: TMS390Z50 v0 or TMS390Z55 @ 60 MHz, on-chip FPU
cpu0: physical 20K instruction (64 b/l), 16K data (32 b/l), 1024K external (32 b/l): cache enabled
cpu1 at mainbus0: mid 10: TMS390Z50 v0 or TMS390Z55 @ 60 MHz, on-chip FPU
cpu1: physical 20K instruction (64 b/l), 16K data (32 b/l), 1024K external (32 b/l): cache enabled

As others have mentioned, it'll run any Solaris that supports sun4m
architecture machines (so pretty much anything from SunOS 4.1.3 or so up to
and including Solaris 9). Personally, I'd run NetBSD on it.
