[rescue] HP LJ4/4+/4M/4M+ duplexer

Had too many no-shows on the LaserJet 4, so it just got offered on
Freecycle; if not taken there, it goes to the scrappers.  Anyone want
the duplexer for $50?  It will fit any LaserJet 4/4+/4M/4M+.
