[rescue] Replacing the CD-ROM with a DVD-ROM in an Ultra-5

Thanks to everyone for their input.

It turned out that the combination of drive plus media
(original Solaris 10 06/06 DVD as supplied by Sun)
wasn't happy.  A different drive worked first time.

The first drive seems fine with other media, too.
