I run a Sony 1270Q at home... 3 CRT projector :-) It's fine for home 
theater...

but basically, I live in Southeastern Viriniga, and am planning to do a 
presentation at Shmoocon in Washington DC. There will be one or two 
projectors already in the conference room, and I will plug into those. In 
addition I want to bring my own two LCD/DLP projectors (Not CRT), and make 
a video that will use all 4 for effect.

I just took another look at the Matrox box that splits the displays. I 
think it passes data over the VGA pins to tell the box what to do, as it 
seems to integreate with the Windows dual head display settings. This 
could proove troublesome with Linux.

I think I am going to buy a PCI G450x4 and test it, see if it will work or 
not.

Uh oh. Adobe premiere won't do a screen larger than 4000 pixels wide. Hmp. 
Maybe 800x600 is a must.
