I had just recently success with Dell P/N 54408 EDO DIMMS in my Ultra 5 
- 5x128M ECC EDO 60 ns as detected by U5. These were available quite 
cheak here in Estonia and were detected correctly.

128MB 60N 16x72 168FP B EDO DIMM 54408
