Because there's a strong correlation between being an illiterate
moron that doesn't care about presentation of material, and Outlook
usage, with Outlook's defaults encouraging creating hard-to-read
messages.
Because the MUA has more holes than a Swiss cheese and it's a
breeding ground for email-borne worms.
Because it does its best to hide headers and tracking information, so
that when one asks a customer to send a copy of the bounce/spam/
whatever that is causing a problem, the required information is
missing from the response.
Because Outlook implies Exchange, another Fine Microsoft Release that
causes loads of junk traffic to be spewed onto the Internet.
