   That'd only be a problem if you aren't running enough Big Iron in
the winter.  Summer, of course, is another problem altogether.

   There was an old church available for sale in Worcester (right
down the street) a few years back that I thought rather hard about;
it turns out they wanted too much for it and that scuttled the idea.
