OpenBSD 3.9-beta supports G4 and G5 XServes, but only one processor;
NetBSD 2.0 supports G4 XServes, but supports dual processors in them.

From what I've seen, and talking to people who run OS X Server, it
isn't everything it's cracked up to be as a server platform; it's better
than Windows, but performs worse and is less stable than Solaris,
Net/OpenBSD, or Linux.
