I like the E250 w/dual 400 MHz CPUs, 2 Gig of RAM for $10 (the other only had 1 Gig of RAM (all 128 Meg DIMMS on both machines)) for another $10... Two others slipped through my fingers, but we'll see what I can come up with tomorrow...

eBay'ed one U60 with an XVR-700 framebuffer for $150 shipped, got a $40 refund when the CPUs weren't as listed (got 2x 300 MHz, should have been 2x 450 MHz)... That was less than I could find just the framebuffer for (all I wanted was the framebuffer).
