We've had so *few* problems with Sun LDAP (iPlanet SunONE Java Directory 
System Enterprise Edition XTREME) at work that I think we're going to drop
the $1K/month support contract for it (!!!!) and use that money to buy 
new servers to run it on instead, and just go per-incident if we need 
support.  

In the past year and a half, I had to call Sun exactly twice, and one of 
those times I fixed the problem before they called me back.
