The SS/10-sx VSIMMs are identical EXCEPT for stated speed (the SS/10 uses a slower part than the SS/20) - that said, they certainly could work in an SS/20, assuming the parts can work at 60ns the SS/20 requires, compared with the 70ns the SS/10sx requires.
