In the office I work in, there are too many fixtures for the amount of
space (well, probably the proper number by calculation). Coworkers have
gotten up there and removed the bulbs. :-)

The funny thing is, when I think of the light level, I think of it as
normal... but really about 1 in every 3 sets of tubes is fired.
