A good set of "jeweler's" screwdrivers--the uber small stuff.
If you support Macs or server as the "telecom" people you
may also want the high quality small Torx set.

If you have a lot of Suns, make sure to squirrel away one
of the Sun CPU hex-head torque drivers, "just in case".

Serial adaptors if you have boxes that need 'em.

Ruler/yardstick/tape measure, permanent magic markers, 
*label machine* (make it easy to label stuff and people
will label).  Pens & sticky pads.  Someplace to store the 
kit where it will be used.
