I have several machines that can hold only less then 128 MB physical
RAM. (SPARCstation 1 64 MB, VAXstation 3100 32 MB, MicroVAX 2000 16 MB,
PDP-11/34 256 kB!)
Now I am sitting in front of a 64 bit machine with 300 MHz, 2 GB RAM (!)
and 100 MBit/s network. I remember the days when a 1 GB _disk_ was
really _large_. Or when the Uni campus backbone was FDDI. Uhhhh, 100
MBit/s! That is fast enouhg to fill my had disk in less then 15 seconds!
