   Eh...the raw speed is pretty motivating for me!  A friend of mine has 
a dual 867MHz G4 that I play with from time to time.  It's the fastest 
desktop machine I've ever seen.  And yes, I do have an "x86 
overachiever" neighbor with a dual 2.5<something>GHz PeeCee, the G4 
blows its doors off.
