If you dont like features removed in a new release, dont *use* that
release?  Yeah, 10.2's initial release really messed up Disk Copy's CD
imaging, but that was fixed in a later release (although forced to be
"hybrid" images rather than straight-ISOs).

There are also other tools available (which compile under OSX) that can
be used for this purpose - mkisofs, etc.  I use a combination of the
native OSX (10.2.6) tools and Roxio Toast.

Features that a lot of people were using in ways Apple never intended - and
the "non local network streaming disabled" was actually re-enabled (or found
workarounds for) shortly after that capability was removed, by a third party.
