Removing features from "upgrades".

When I got my Powerbook, Disk Copy was happy to make the more standard 
ISO format CD-ROM images.  A later upgrade (10.2.0 IIRC) stripped that 
capability.  I don't even know if it is there again or not as I use one 
of my Suns for copying CD's these days.

Then there is iTunes.... still haven't applied the latest "upgrade" due 
to the features stripped from it.
