I agree with what you said, my only point was the superficial point
that "it is cheaper (to me) becuase I didn't write the check to pay for
it."

Remember, the original post was looking for electricity to be paid for
by someone else (the Gov't in this case)...

I was only making a very small point, I agree with your larger point.
