That was an E. coli outbreak that killed a small number
of children in some JitB stores in the west.  I don't
remember hearing about any deaths in Texas.  There have
been some other restaurants that had deaths from E. coli
too, but they didn't get as much press.  The publicity
did lead to better cooking regulations for the industry.

They seem to be doing okay here (Texas).
