I took out the frame buffer (11H2534 GXT150M Graphics Subsystem) and
unplugged the keyboard, hoping for serial console on Serial A.

Not getting anything on Serial A with a null modem (laplink) cable going
into my nearby laptop. It went through the POST codes (once I got the
memory board reseated and got rid of the 888 BIST error), and went through
a couple of "trying to load IPL from" codes and now sits smugly at 262,
which seems to be the no-keyboard-detected code.

It can't load IPL from anything SCSI, as there are no scsi devices
connected.

I'm trying now with it in the OK keyswitch position, to see if anything is
different. ALso googling like a madman. :) Getting still nada on console,
and alternating 229 (Attempting a Normal mode IPL from NVRAM IPL Devices
List; cannot IPL from any of the listed devices, or there are no valid
entry in the Devices List) and 223 (Attempting a Normal mode IPL from SCSI
attached devices specified in NVRAM IPL Devices List.)

Maybe I should just grab the SGI monitor after all?
